SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Do you deliver Australia wide?
    No, we only deliver in Sydney Metro and greater Sydney area. 
  2. What is your shipping charge?
    Shipping charge is $12 flat rate to Sydney Metro and $18 to greater Sydney area. For delivery on Saturday, the shipping charge is double.
  3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Order will usually arrive the next day unless a specific delivery date is requested. 
  4. Do you do same day delivery?
    Yes, but only to Sydney Metro and when order is placed by 1pm. 
  5. What happens if no one is home when delivery occurs? 
    Our courier will leave your order in a safe place within your house area. You can also give specific instruction if you want your order to be left in a specific place.
  6. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after I finalise it online?
    You cannot change or cancel your order LESS THAN 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations and change request received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will be accepted and refunded in full.
  7. Can I place my order online and pick it up in store?
    Yes, however the order must be paid in full online.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  1. I'm not happy with the flowers you sent, can I get a refund?
    No, unfortunately we cannot refund orders that have been delivered. We guarantee that all our flowers are fresh when they arrive at your place.
  2. The flowers arrived damaged, can I get a refund?
    This will be assess per case basis. Please call us on 02 9798 8229.

ONLINE PAYMENT

  1. Can I pay with credit card?
    Yes, you can pay with credit card (Visa and Mastercard) via PayPal. Unfortunately we don't accept Amex and Diners card.
  2. I don't have a PayPal account, how can I pay for my order?
    You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with credit card via PayPal. When you check out, you will be redirected to PayPal website. Your order summary will be displayed on the left hand side, and on the right hand side there is a login box. Underneath the login box, click "Don't have a PayPal account?" link and follow the instruction. You need a valid email address and a valid credit card.
  3. Is PayPal safe?
    Yes, PayPal is very safe. Your payment is processed in a secure page and paying with PayPal ensures that the seller (us) can't see your credit card detail. PayPal also guarantees 100% protection against unauthorised payment from your account.
  4. Can I pay with direct deposit, cheque or money order?
    To ensure your order is processed promptly, we don't accept payment with direct deposit, cheque or money order.
